TWIG CAFE

A tiny yet beautiful and vintage cafe at PIK named The TWIG CAFE catch my heart from a long time ago.Then for finally I got a chance to visit this cafe.  The Twig Cafe has been in PIK since a few years ago. They served coffee, tea, pastry, and food as well.

The capacity of the Twig Cafe wasn't really big, but it surely a great place to enjoying some coffee and pastry in here, hanging out with friends, culinary with your family, or Twig Cafe can be a great choice as the venue of the meeting as well. The vintage decoration and the furniture give me a warm greeting and comforts to be in this cafe.

FRESH BAKED CUPCAKES EVERYDAY

Yes, They also serve selections of cupcake as well! Come to the counter to see a variety of cupcakes available. They also accept a personal request of cupcakes ( if i'm not mistaken).

SKINNY POTATO - IDR 37 K 

It's a potato skin that loaded with some bacons, cream cheese and leek. Skinny potato was served with the dipping sauce as well ( that similar to tartar sauce). The skinny potato was crunchy yet a perfect finger food to be shared with your partner to fill a bit of your stomach while waiting for the main course come out. It's tasty yet savory, but taste a lil bit salty for me.

CAPRESE MAC AND CHEESE - IDR 48 K

This macaroni was cooked with broccoli, and bratwurst sausage and mixed with tomato sauce and cheese then topped with croutons.  For me, this Caprese Mac and Cheese taste nice. Not too cheesy or creamy yet the tomato sauce wasn't that sourish. Everything was nice except the broccoli was a lil bit overcooked. 

HAPPY THREE CHEESE - IDR 63 K

This thin crust pizza was my favorite one among all dishes. I am actually not a fan of thin crust pizza, but this one is incredibly nice! The pizza was very thin and crispy, Everything was perfect. This three cheese pizza was contained 3type of cheese: mozzarella cheese,Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. This pizza tastes creamy and savory, the Bechamel sauce mixed well with all those cheeses. 

QUARTER BAKED ROSEMARY CHICKEN - IDR 63 K

Baked rosemary chicken was made with slow roast the chicken that marinated with herbs. It's served with special gravy sauce and compliment with baby potatoes and fresh mixed salads on the side. The portion was quite big. Not that much for 2person, but surely can make your stomach full for one normal eater. The chicken was cooked well done. I prefer consumes this baked rosemary chicken without the sauce.

SUMMER LYCHEE LASSI - IDR 27 K

This drink was really refreshing me. Yakult mixed with lychee fruit. Taste quite nice! Not too sweet not sourish also.  Such a perfect beverage for sunny day.
GRYPHON ARTISAN TEA - IDR 27 K

The Gryphon artisan tea was served in the pot and compliment with a cookie. This one I tried the nymph of the nile flavor. It is an organic white peony tea with Persian rose and Egyptian basil. 

Overall through my experience in Twig Cafe, I feel fascinated with their food and service. All of the waitress was really concentrating with their customer and aware with customer needed. The service was fast and  I no need to wait for a long time enjoying my food. Definitely will come back to enjoy tea time in here. Btw, Thank you to this two humble yet beautiful sister for having Snap the Food JKT at Twig Cafe.
