They have two types of area. One is called a lounge area and the other is dining area. I just love how they choose leather couch and arrange it with other modern seat. Looks so simple and minimalist.
The bar concepts were really interesting it so young and modern, and also the bar section is organized well.
For me, I am totally in love with their fresh mocktails. It was so fresh and not too sweet kind of drink.
Kiwi Mojito, IDR 35k
Kiwi fruit, Lime fruit, Mint leaf, Sweet & Sour and soda water.
Taste really nice! So refreshing and not-too sweet! The combination between sour and sweet were incredibly nice.
Fresh Dragon Fruit and strawberry fruit, sweet and sour topped with Vanilla Ice cream.
Actually, it tastes nice, but maybe because I-did-not really like dragon fruit, this drink didn't really acceptable for me. The vanilla ice cream helps a lot to give a sweet and creamy taste into this drink.
Fresh strawberry & Lime, Sweet & Sour.
Taste nice, but nothing special. Just a common strawberry punch. The main flavor of this drink was gone. A little bit more of strawberry syrup/fruit/chunk would be much better.

Strawberry syrup, Orange juice, & Honey dew with soda water.
I personally really love this drink. The green layer was made from honeydew mixed with Sapodilla fruit. It tastes unique and nice. One of my favorite drinks.
Fresh peach with mint leaf, Peach syrup, Soda water, and sweet & sour.
This peach mojito was my second favorite. Maybe it was because I am sweet-addict person. Taste great for me, such a mood booster :3
For the food, they served mostly western food. From appetizer until main dish! For the food I could say their price was affordable. The portion was quite big, but the price wasn't expensive like another cafe in Jakarta.

Grille Lamb rack served with mix vegetables , mesculun and garlic sauce.
The lamb was quite nice, the meat wasn't smelly, but it was a little bit overcooked so the meat was a little bit dry and loss of the juices. The food presentation was colorful and the vegetables weren't overcooked and seasoned well. And one more, I think it would be better if they gave a little bit more of the garlic sauce.
Half Chicken, Rice topped with fried shallot, gunlie chili sauce and lalapan .
This traditional Indonesian dish was made by Chef Bayu, and it was incredibly nice! They used Kampoeng chicken and marinated it with honey and herbs. For the chicken itself was marinated and cooked well. I could say this is one of my favorite places to enjoy grilled honey chicken. The chili itself was a bit spicy, but taste just so-so.
BBQ ribs served with mix salad.
The ribs were tender and savory. By glancing at the beautiful glaze of the ribs you can imagine how savory it was. A little bit burnt on the side, but still taste really nice. My second favorite of the dishes, Overall, I loved these ribs even I couldn't really taste the BBQ flavor.
Grilled fillet mignon, caramelized onion, gherkin and cheese.
Too bad, forget to take the picture of this dish. They used grilled fillet mignon rather than using common beef patty. It was more juicy and tender. The intro burger was stacked with fresh tomato, lettuce, gherkins, melted cheese, caramelized onion and juicy of grilled fillet mignon. The burger was served with french fries.
Overall, I am having fun visited Intro Jazz Bistro & Cafe. The environment and the ambience were really nice. Really enjoyed and relax being here. For the food was quite nice, but a little bit touch of details and improvement would be much better. For the drinks, I personally admire it. Nice presentation, but every drink presentation was monotone. A little bit creativity would make some difference.
